Three Land Mark Day

This, happened yesterday but im blogging it now.
Wow three amazing things have happened today, and all because of this journey I have decided to make. I cannot even believe how great it feels to make this journey. The first land mark Today is normally my full workout day but because of hecticness (Nice word huh) I usually workout Mon, Wed, Fri, but this week im working out Tue, Thur, Sat. Well i didnt want to sit at home and do nothing so i decided to go to the gym and do a light workout. Well i was working out with dumbells and looking at myself in the mirror......and then i noticed it........on my right forearm there was a vein sticking out........not nasty like but the type of vein u see on men with real muscular arms, where they are like all steroided out lmao. So i looked to my left arm but alas it was just my right arm that showed the vein.....i can deal with that.
Then later on this evening i was talking to my moms about my weight loss and how psyched i was about it......while we were talking she threw me a shirt and told me to try it on.........so i did and it fit amazingly well.....i asked her what size it was she said an extra large. I thought hell to the no this isnt an extra large, i have been able to wear an extra large since i was in middle school. straight crazy then I told her that for the last nine yrs i have been yoyo dieting trying to get to one place........and that one place is my goal pants......these pants i havent been able to wear for the last nine yrs, the last person to see me in those pants was my ex girlfriend and that was when we first met. and through all the yoyoing i have never made it to those pants EVER.......... For some reason I was tempted to try them on.........so i hesitantly walked over to the hangar rack, and grabbed them up.......the thought of putting them on and not having them fit was daunting........but it needed to be done. Shave me if they didnt fit lol.....my lord they fit good too they were not tight around the waist at all......granted i was going comando like usual. so i went upstairs and got my boxer briefs on. They still fit just fine around the waist but around the thighs they were just a little tight barely but tight none the less. I think five more pounds and they will be perfect......
So i have made it, i made it to my goal jeans yes it took me nine yrs but i did it finally......holy crap..............so tomorrow im going out and buying a pair of pants size 36...... they shall be my next goal pants........ A good night it has been and a good night to u all.

Here are the rules:

3) You must post before and after photos in your training journal
in the TT Membership section.

4) The TT Transformation Contest runs from Nov. 26th to April 15th.
All transformations must start and finish during this time period.
Therefore, you could start as soon as today (which I hope you do!)
or as late as January 21st...but I know you won't wait that long!

5) Each client has 12 weeks to complete their transformation. Photos
must be taken on Day 1 and Day 84.

6) The Transformation Contest will be judged by a panel of experts,
including but not restricted to: Craig Ballantyne, Brad Pilon, and
Holly Rigsby.

7) In addition to providing Before & After Photos, each contestant
must write a 300 word essay on their before and after success story.

Im pretty confident on doing everything except the essay lol. Anyways this is one of those win win contests, and thats unusual most contests do have losers. (Well in a way i guess there are losers in this contest. The people who lose weight lol.)
But honestly even if u didnt win any of the prizes mentioned above just think of the gains you made by just 12 wks of working out. Thats 84 days of being healthy, being active and just doing something to better yourself. Can't we all benefit from that? I could. and im sure everyone else could. Well wish me luck again even if i dont win any of the prizes mentioned above I know that I'm still a winner because I have lost more weight and gained an even healthier body.

A New Home

Since August 20, 2007 I have been on a quest to lose weight and become a skinny healthier person. At that time I weighed 315lbs, today November 25, 2007 I weigh 265lbs, within three months i have lost a total of 50lbs. I had started a blog in August on my Myspace page http://www.myspace.com/roughneckltd titled "Diary of a Fatman" I have been heavy all of my life and have done many a many a weight loss programs and have succeeded to fail at each and everyone one of them. This time around has been different I am doing to Atkins lifestyle change and using the excellent programs of Turbulence Training. As you can see my weight loss has been pretty good for just three months I can only hope that the next three months go just as well, but the skinnier you get the harder it is for that fat to fall off. When I first started blogging and changing my life around I came across Billy's lean body quest via Turbulence Training and it has been one of the most inspiring things in my life. So if you end up reading some of my blogs from my myspace you might recognize some things there posted by Billy. I made it a point to let my readers know that those words were Billy's, they were just so inspiring that I had to share them with my readers. I truly hope Billy does not mind. I cannot post everyday but I will post as often as possible and I would appreciate any positive input or positive comments.

Also on another note I am new to this Google Blogger, so any information like linking up and adding pictures would be greatly appreciated.
